Trail racing for everyone.

We examine hundreds of trail races in Europe, looking at races marathon distance or greater. Amongst the metrics we track is total price and total km per race. If you divide them, you get a "cost-per-km" metric. A 200 euro, 100 km race in Austria? Easy, 2.00 euros per km. An 80 euro, 161 km race in Ireland? Also easy, 0.50 euros per km. This metric is a cost metric, it doesn´t tell the full story of the most epic races you can choose in trail, but it helps runners choose races in different months, regions, and for different price points.
