Trail de Conímbriga Terras de Sicó 177.5km (111 Milhas Terras de Sicó) is a summer trail ultra held in its 17th edition on June 19, 2026 in central Portugal, starting at 8:00 AM from Condeixa-a-Nova — adjacent to the Roman ruins of Conímbriga — and traversing six municipalities through karst limestone terrain, forest paths, and cave-formed trails. The course covers 177.5km with 6,193m of gain (~34.9 m/km) with a 40h30m cutoff. A runner who completed the shorter Ultra Sicó distance captured the race character: 'Sicó is a treacherous race.
