Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail 100 km is an alpine trail race held July 10–11, 2026, starting at night from Ischgl in the Paznaun valley, Tyrol, Austria. The course covers 100 km with 6,300 m of gain (63 m/km) through the Silvretta high-alpine zone, with barely 12.6% flat terrain and over 10 km at 20%+ gradient. The biggest single climb rises 1,633 m over 12.96 km at 12.6% average (72.6% max), beginning at km 36; the biggest descent drops 1,437 m over 8.79 km at 16.35% average immediately after. Distance-weighted average gradients are 14.33% uphill and 14.19% downhill throughout. Entry costs €125 from January 2026 (€1.25/km); rising to €135 from June 12 and €145 from July 12. Innsbruck (INN) is closest at 1.25–2.5 hrs — classified FAR. Only its 3rd edition in 2026 (inaugural 2024); approximately 23–40 finishers per edition. Suits only highly experienced mountain ultra runners technically proficient on exposed high-altitude alpine terrain.
