Kernave-Vilnius Trail 82.5km is a point-to-point forest ultra from UNESCO-listed Kernave hillforts -- Lithuania's ancient medieval capital -- to the modern capital Vilnius: 82.5km / 1,573m D+ through 80% dense Lithuanian forest along the Neris River corridor. At 19.1 m/km D+ (rank 345 of 390 GPX-tracked courses in the DTR database) and 52.6% flat terrain (rank 341/390 -- top 13% flattest), this is one of the most runnable 80km ultras in the DTR catalogue: no technical mountain terrain, sustained trail running on gentle forest paths and river valley routes.
The race runs June 13, 2026 with 17.2 hours of Baltic summer daylight (sunrise 4:43 AM). 63 ultra finishers in 2025 -- one of the smallest fields in the DTR catalogue. Entry is €65 standard (€0.79/km). The race finishes in Vilnius: fly into VNO (56 min from start), stay in Vilnius, and run 82.5km back to your hotel. Not sold out.
