The Innsbruck Alpine Trailrun Festival 68.9km — officially branded the K65 (Panorama Ultra Trail) — is one of four distances at Austria's premier trail running festival, held each May in Innsbruck, Tyrol. The course starts at the Landestheater in the heart of the city, climbs to the Hungerburg and the Nordkette limestone ridge above Innsbruck, then loops around the city via the technical Bärfallsteig descent, the Sillschlucht gorge trail, and the Tyrolean villages of Götzens, Birgitz, Aldrans, and Ampass before returning to the city centre.
With 2,640m D+ over 68.9km (38.6m per km), the K65 ranks 271st of 390 European ultras for vertical density — a genuinely mountainous challenge described by organizers as offering moderate climbs with flowing trails and a high running proportion. ITRA 3-point accreditation; UTMB Index 50K M rating. Entry €150; the 2026 edition sold out with no waitlist. Innsbruck Airport is 10 to 20 minutes from the start. Festival first held in 2018. Next edition: May 5–8, 2027.
