Dolnoslaski Festiwal Biegow Gorskich 240km — the Bieg 7 Szczytow (Seven Summits Run) — is the headline distance of Poland's largest trail running festival: 240km / 7,670m D+ through the Sudetes mountains of Lower Silesia across two nights without sleep. Starting July 16 from Ziemia Klodzka and finishing in Ladek-Zdroj, the course combines the 130km Super Trail route and the 110km KBL course, traversing seven named Sudetes peaks.
At 8.8% distance-weighted average uphill gradient — rank 303 of 390 GPX-tracked courses in the DTR database, with 302 courses climbing more steeply — the profile is runnable mountain terrain where volume, not vertical density, defines the challenge. Winning times are 30-33 hours; most finishers run 35-42 hours across two full nights. The km 38-52 terrain pair (526m ascent into 825m descent) is the defining profile feature. Entry is 730 PLN + 2.5% fee (AUTO €0.65/km). Wroclaw Airport (WRO) is 105 minutes away. The 14th edition festival runs July 16-19, 2026 in Ladek-Zdroj. The race does not currently sell out.
